The parents thread — logistics, ride shares, last-minute changes
Join a groupFall ball runs through October, headlined by the Boston Fall Break Trip and Parents Weekend. Guest counts are the current RSVP totals — the second number includes players and coaches. Game times below come from the official 2026 Fall Schedule sheet; confirm in GroupMe before booking travel. Each date also shows the team hotel for that night — that's where the team is based, not somewhere parents can book.
Headcount — Fall Tailgates
One shared Google Sheet covers all five fall events. Put the number of people in your party under each one you're coming to — leave it blank if you're not. Vendors need the numbers days ahead, so the earlier it's filled in, the better the food.
This one is just how many of you are coming. Who brings what is a separate sheet, with a tab for every game.
The Travel Coordinator's room blocks for families — these are the ones you book. Rates and links come from the Travel GroupMe; each block closes on the date shown and the hotel releases the rooms after that. Booked already and a better rate turns up? Cancel and rebook, or email the hotel contact.
These are the team's hotels — parents cannot stay at them. They're listed so you know where the team is based each night and how far you'll be from them. Book your own rooms separately; the Travel Coordinator is tracking nearby options for families.

Fifteen games: 8 at home, 7 on the road, 8 against Big Ten opponents. Start times aren't set yet — the coaching staff releases them closer to the season, so treat this as the shape of the season rather than something to book flights against. The Team hotel column is where the team will be staying on the road once ops confirms it — all eight away games are TBD today, and parents book their own rooms elsewhere.

Road trips that pair up
Six of the seven away games pair up into three trips. Worth knowing before anyone books flights separately.
Three straight at Rawlinson to open — UC Davis on Feb 5, Stony Brook on the 9th, Stanford on the 13th. Then the Denver–Colorado back-to-back on Feb 26 and 28, which is one road trip; worth coordinating hotels early.
Conference play starts. Ohio State and Michigan fall on Mar 18 and 21 — another single road trip. Northwestern on Mar 28 is the first Big Ten game at home.
Penn State and Rutgers on Apr 8 and 11 pair up on the East Coast. The season closes at home: Johns Hopkins Apr 18, Oregon Apr 22.
The 2026–27 squad: 7 freshmen, 8 sophomores, 10 juniors, 6 seniors. Filter by position or class year.
Four different setups get used depending on the game, and the difference matters — some draw on the tailgate fund, some don't, and one is families ordering for themselves. New families: you don't need to bring anything your first time, just show up and find the USC flag.
Who brings what, game by game. One Google Sheet — open it, then pick your game's tab along the bottom. Each tab has slots for appetizers, mains, gluten-free options, snacks, desserts, tables, paper goods, drinks, and set-up and take-down crew. Put your name against whatever you can take. The fall dates are live; Sign-up coming on the spring games means that tab hasn't been added yet.

The four setups
Every family on the 2026–27 roster, with phone numbers and emails. Search by player, parent or town. Tap a number to call, an address to email. Keep this page's link inside the program — and use Hide contact details before screen-sharing.
Day-to-day chatter lives in GroupMe — that thread is where game-day logistics actually get sorted out.
Names and direct contacts are in the Parents GroupMe — ask there and you'll be pointed to the right person.
The links families ask for most. A grey marker means that one hasn't been tracked down yet.
Stores take about a week to reopen unchanged, three weeks for new items, and six weeks from closing to shipping — order early.
Everyone's got good shots nobody else has seen. One shared album beats forty camera rolls — and come Senior Day, whoever's making the banners needs somewhere to pull from. The buttons below are placeholders until the album exists.

Being straight about it: this section is a frame. There is no lacrosse-specific alumni group yet, and no alumni have been asked for anything.
